(1) According to section 74 of the Act, the civil servant shall hand over all the cash, goods or documents in his charge to the relevant staff within twenty one days, unless otherwise specified by the Government of Nepal, and the staff who are required to do so shall also do so within the same period.
(2) Every civil servant should give notice to the ex-serviceman as early as possible on the day he wants to be reinstated and the ex-serviceman should also be ready to do the work on the same day.
(3) After the completion of barbujarath work, the notification should be sent to the taluk office. If the current employee has not been reinstated, the former employee will have to go to the "new" office within the deadline after informing the lower employee closest to him and that employee will also have to accept it.
(4) Any civil servant can make arrangements to make his brother, son or brother-in-law an heir and understand or explain it.
